For any items that you require with your own personal image on, please read these instructions.

When ordering the item, you will be asked to complete a field giving the file name of the image required for that product. Please complete this field carefully, ensuring that the filename entered matches exactly the name of the file you will send us.

If you are ordering more than one product. Please ensure that the filenames are different, unless the same image is required on each product.

On receiving your order confirmation e-mail, please reply, attaching your require image file(s).

If you don't have a digital image of the picture you want - then you can post us a picture to the address shown on the contact us page. (Minimum size 6" x 4", Maximum 10" x 8"). We however, cannot accept responsibility for any pictures lost or damaged in the post. We will return the image with your order, however, please allow extra time for your order to arrive due to the delay in us receiving the image. If your order requires multiple images, please ensure when sending us the images we know which image is required for which product. In the image file name field, when ordering, just enter "by post".

Image files must be either .jpg, or .gif. They must be of high quality. We do not 'touch up' the images we receive in any way, so please be sure you are happy with it before you send it.

Please also think about the image you are sending and how it will fit into the product you are ordering, for example, if you are sending a close up of someone's face, would the centre of a clock and therefore the hands fall within that persons mouth. Maybe an image not so close up would work better.
