Order through us, and if you let us know the date of the occasion we will arrange delivery for that date (or for the nearest Friday if the date falls on a weekend)!

Terms and Conditions
General
1.Your contract is with Allsorts of 7 Little Townsend Close, Bedford, MK42 9YZ
2.Allsorts reserves the right to refuse any orders that it deems in breach of copyright or unsuitable for sale to the general public.
3.In compliance with the Data Protection Act, your details will not be disclosed to any third party. However, Allsorts may occasionally contact you with special offers or promotions.
4.We are unable to give refunds on garments that have been printed to your specifications. This is due to the personalised nature of the products. Your statutory rights are not affected.
5.In the unlikely event that you have a complaint, please e-mail complaints@allsortsgifts.co.uk. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days.
6.In the unlikely event that errors are made (including incorrect printing, incorrect garments or damage), these errors must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to errors@allsortsgifts.co.uk.
7.Nothing set out in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Delivery
9.Items are dispatched within 7 – 10 working days. Although in practice it is normally sooner than this. Working days do not include bank holidays or weekends.
10.Delivery prices are shown during the checkout process.
11.If your order is required for a specific date (e.g. for a hen or stag night), please indicate this when placing your order so that we can do our best to ensure it arrives on time.
12.We will contact you by e-mail if the above time scales cannot be adhered to.
13.The delivery address given, must be a daytime address, as all packages need to be signed for.
14.We cannot be held responsible for failed delivery, where delivery was attempted, but failed due to an incorrect delivery address or because no signature could be obtained.
15.If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery. Delivery will have to be re-charged to send out the parcel again.
16.Currently we are only able to deliver to UK addresses.
Print and Products
17.All garment sizes are approximate and for guidance only.
18.We cannot be held responsible for the quality of Images sent in low resolution. This may look fine on the screen but not when printed.
19.Washing instructions must be followed. We cannot be held responsible for damage to garments caused by washing above 40 degrees, tumble drying or ironing on the right side of the garment.
Payment
20.Payment is by Paypal. No credit / debit card details are held by us. All credit card transactions are carried out on Paypal’s secure server. For more details go to www.paypal.co.uk.
Variations
21.We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. The new version will be posted on our website. All orders from the date of posting onwards will be governed by the new version.
Liability
22.Allsorts makes no representations about the fitness for a particular purpose about any of the products or services purchased from the website.
23.Allsorts will only be liable for direct loss (save in the case of death or personal injury) up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased in respect of any claim.
24.Allsorts does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of the website or for any products or services purchased from the website.
25.Allsorts attempts to ensure that the information available on the website at any time is true and accurate but cannot guarantee it will be error free.
26.Allsorts does not make any warranty that the website is free from infection by viruses, trojans, worms or anything else that may have destructive properties.
27.Allsorts does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed products and services.
Copyright
28.It is illegal to reproduce unlicensed trademarks or logos, or any other copyrighted material, such as material from photographers, artists, authors and writers of original works, (unless you are the copyright holder) using Allsorts. The exclusive use and reproduction of such images lie solely with the legal owners. Responsibility for determining copyright ownership lies entirely with you. We cannot accept any responsibility for breach of copyright.

All payments are taken by credit / debit card using paypal - don't worry if you don't have a paypal account, this isn't necessary - just select paypal as your payment option and when you reach their site, select the option for non account holders and enter your card details in the normal way. You do not have to set up an account.

All items are delivered via Royal Mail special delivery, and delivery charges are based on the weight of your order. Delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout stage. (Min. Charge £5).
